There are a lot of military areas in Bangalore. This one is near our apartment, I think it's part of the 106th paratroop regiment. I'm not sure exactly what kind of nuisance they are worried about here but they have this painted on the wall about every 50 meters for half a kilometer or more. I have seen it at other military installations in Bangalore.

Nuisance Creator?
