As we drove past a gate the other day I saw a standing sign that I thought, at first glance, said, "Out of Bombs." I looked up at the large sign overhead, I saw that it was the Headquarters Training Command of the Indian Air Force! Another fast glance at the first sign revealed that it actually said, "Out of Bounds!"

Out of Bombs .... don't we wish it were so!
And remember the old bumper sticker .. "wouldn't it be great if the military had to have bake sales to support their projects and schools had all the money they need ??"
